Kana Nishino- Aitakute Aitakute

Aitakute Aitakute is the 10^th single of Kana Nishino. The cover is really pretty. I love how the text is discreet.

The first track is Aitakute Aitakute. It’s a mid tempo R&B ballad. That song is really nice. I really love Kana’s voice. It’s the only track that has a pv. That one is pretty boring according to me.

LOVE IS BLIND is the second track. It’s also a mid tempo ballad. A R&B with some electro sound. It’s a nice b-side.

Grab Bag is the second b-side & last track of the single. That song is really awful. I think it’s really dissonant.

Shoko Nakagawa - RAY OF LIGHT

RAY OF LIGHT is the 11^th Shokotan’s single. The covers are really dark. The pink glove is the only source of light & hope in that dark atmosphere. I really love them. Shokotan is so beautiful on it.

RAY OF LIGHT is the only a-side of that single. It’s the 5^th ending of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It’s a pop-rock song. I really think it’s not a better song. In fact, it’s pretty random. The pv is really esthetic & boring at the same time. I really hope she’ll make a better pv for her next single as she usually does.

Diamond high is the second track. For the first time, I prefer the b-side than the a-side. It’s a simple & cute pop song. The chorus is really dynamics & the arrangement is really nice & gives punch at the song.

The third tack is a live version of the calling location song. I really love that version. Shokotan sings it with a lot of energize.

Miliyah Kato Last Love

Last Love is the 19^th single of Miliyah Kato. The covers are really aesthetic. The font contrasts with the melancholia & the sadness that we can read on Miliyah’s face.

Last Love opens the single. As we expected with the cover, it’s a sad & painful song. That mid tempo ballad has a lot of emotion. I feel as Miliyah cries instead of sings. It’s really a beautiful song. The pv is really weird & seems to have a hid meaning that I should understand with the lyrics’ translation.

The second track is Tomorrow. It’s a mid tempo ballad too. After the sad Last Love, Tomorrow sound happier. It’s a nice song. Unfortunately the instrumentation & the arrangement are really random & repetitive. Those defaults are really boring.

Fallin’ is the third track. It’s a R&N song. R&B is not my favorite music style. But I like some R&B songs when there are really different from the other one & had lost the American taste we can smell in all US R&B song that all sound the same to me. Fallin’ is really basic I think. Miliyah made better R&B song before that one. I don’t hate it but I don’t like it too. It’s ok.

Kuroki Meisa 5-Five

5-Five is the second single of Kuroki Meisa. The covers are very colorful & comic‘s style. I really prefer her previous cover. For me 5-Five ‘s ones are really under them.

The first track is 5-Five. It’s a catchy & summer-ish song. It became one of my favorite Meisa’s songs. It has a pv. I think it’s not her best pv. The choreography isn’t really good to me. I think the pv would be better even if we can feel summer without a beach or a sun to say it us.

The Only one is the second track. It’s a really simple mid tempi ballad. Nothing special with it. It’s the worst track of that new single. It’s really repetitive & boring.

So Smooth is the third track. It’s really better than the previous one. We can’t here in the instrumentation some electro sounds which sounds as old video game. It has one default: so repetitive too.

The first track we’ll be the only song I’ll remember, really.

GIRL NEXT DOOR Freedom

Freedom is the new GND single. I really enjoy that single because it’s the first time that they make something really different from their previous songs.

The covers remind the Orion single because of the black & white. Seriously, there are not really great. I think they make better covers before. However they’re not ugly.

The first track is Freedom. When I listen to it for the first time I can’t stop myself saying Oh hey iya oh hey iyaiya oh. That song is just one of my favorite now. It has a pv that is really dark atmosphere. The choreography is just amazing.

Sayonara is the second track. When I saw the tracklist for the first time I thought that it would be a ballad. I was really surprised because it’s just a simple pop song. Simple but nice for a b-side. However it’s not the kind of song I listen to again & again.

As usually there is a remix on the single. I can’t say anything about it because I didn’t listen to it. I’m not that kind of people who like remix. The track call Seeds of dream (BLOOMING REMIX).
